Dhar, an eminent educationalist and former Principal of Government Degree college, Solan is the founder of the Himachal Institute of Education, established in 1999 under the aegis of Amar Education Society, which is Non profitable trust. The institute aims to provide quality education and training in the field of teacher education and related areas of study. Under his guidance, the institution has focused on developing skilled educators who can contribute effectively to the education sector.
